An offer to be shown around an Israeli settlement

An update regarding the feedback I received on the “stop settlement construction” post I posted to the Ops and Blogs section of the Times of Israel website yesterday.  A gentleman originally from the US that now lives in a settlement near Jerusalem is offering to show me around the settlement he lives in, Efrat, if I am able to visit it during my time in Israel this coming February.

I really hope I can find an hour or two or three to visit it and see what life is like in a settlement firsthand.  It is a very nice and kind gesture of him to offer to host me.  I would like to see the positive parts on the lives of many Palestinians that settlements have, so I can clear away the misconceptions I have from the coverage I see online and on television.
